¶1Heard Shri Dinesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Shri Yashwant Singh for respondent no.2.

¶2The petitioner's claim and request for grant of benefits of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.) and other consequential benefits such as pension, gratuity etc. is pending consideration before respondent no.2-Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar in terms of the applications dated 13.10.2023 and

16.10.2023.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is being disposed off directing the respondent no.2-Nagar Ayukta, Nagar Nigam, Kanpur Nagar to consider the petitioner's applications and pass appropriate orders on or before 31.01.2024, provided a certified copy of this order is produced before him within November 2023.

¶4In case there is no factual or legal impediment in releasing the benefits, the benefits shall be released during this period of time and if there is any impediment or difficulty, the same shall be clearly disclosed in the order to be passed by the respondent no.2.
