¶1Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 1 as well as Mr. Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2.

¶2Petitioner through this writ petition has challenged the order dated 29.09.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur, whereby petitioner's salary was stopped.

¶3Mr. Shivendra Singh Bhadauria, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No. 2 on the basis of instructions has submitted that vide order dated 04.11.2023 salary of the petitioner has been released. Mr. Shivendra Singh Bhadauria submits that in view of the order dated 04.11.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

¶4Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of order dated

04.11.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur.

¶5In view of the aforesaid submissions advanced by the learned counsels appearing for the parties, this writ petition is finally disposed of in terms of order dated 04.11.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Fatehpur.
