The writ Court on 25.08.2017 while disposing off Writ-C No. 38465 of 2017 passed the following order; "The petitioner contends that the private respondent nos. 1 to 10 have encroached the land of Narag Palika. In this regard, the petitioner has made several complaints during the Tehsil Divas which has fallen deaf year. We accordingly dispose of the matter directing the petitioner to move a fresh application before the S.D.M., respondent no.3. If such an application is filed the same will duly registered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with law within three months." A compliance affidavit has been filed by the opposite party wherein in paragraph no. 8 it has been stated that the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party and representation of the applicant has been considered and decided on 12.04.2018, copy of which has been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the compliance affidavit. As the order of writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt application stands dismissed. Contempt notice stands discharged. File consign to record.
