¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶2Present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicant for protection from arrest in terms of order of Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and another, reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 922.

¶3Learned A.G.A. pointed out that applicant had filed Application U/s 482 No. 33045 of 2022, which was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 15.11.2022 with liberty to applicant to surrender before the court concerned and apply for regular bail. It appears that he has not surrendered before the Court and has filed present 482 Cr.P.C. application, which is not maintainable.

¶4At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he does not want to press the present application and same may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶5Accordingly, application is dismissed as not pressed.
