¶1Case called out in the revised list. None appeared on behalf of the petitioners, however, learned counsel for the respondents are present.

¶2Perused the record.

¶3The present writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to make the correction in the revenue records in respect of Gatas No.64 area 4.34 Hectare, Trilokpur Sakra, Tehsil - Kishni, District Mainpuri, deleting the names of the private respondents and to insert the names of the petitioners in their places."

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that petitioner may file an application for correction of records u/s 32 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

¶5In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter.

¶6However, petitioners are at liberty to move an appropriate application u/s 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and in case, the appropriate application is filed by the petitioners, the same may be decided, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
