¶1This writ petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report dated 17.10.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0196 of 2023, under Sections 452, 354(K), 323, 506 IPC & Sections 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station - Basai Mohammadpur, District - Firozaabad.

¶2We have perused the F.I.R., which contains specific allegation with regard to outraging the modesty of a minor girl as also physically assaulting the informant side.

¶3Since prima-facie allegation with regard to commissioning of cognizable offence is disclosed, the prayer made to quash the F.I.R. cannot be entertained and the present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 8.11.2023 Zafar High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
