¶1Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Birendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the State is present.

¶2The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment and order dated 6.12.1989 passed by IInd Addl. Sessions Judge, Jalaun at Orai in Crl. Case No.4 of 1989, S.T. No.113 of 1988.

¶3As per the office report dated 12.10.2023, a report of C.J.M., Jalaun at Orai dated 29.1.2022 has been received stating therein that the appellants Ram Sanehi and Tulaiyan have died 15 years back. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

¶4This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellants have died.

¶5In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
