At the outset, Mr. Mohammad Khalid, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant does not want to press this application, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. Learned A.G.A. representing the State as well as Mr. Shailesh Upadhyay, learned counsel for oppositte party no. 2 have no objection to such prayer.
