¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for following relief: "i) Issue appropriate writ or direction to the respondents to incorporate the name of the petitioner in village Jhuppa, Pargana & Tehsil Jewar, District G.B. Nagar, being Khewat/ Jamabandi 39/37, Khata No. 137, Area 0.2530 hectare on the basis of the sale-deed dated 04.02.2023;"

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the writ petition and raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy of filing an application under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Therefore, no order is required to be passed in present writ petition.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5The petitioner is at liberty to move an appropriate application under the provisions of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and in case such an application is filed, same may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
