1.Shri B.K. Pandey and Shri A.K. Srivastava have filed their appearance on behalf of opposite party No. 3.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

3.The instant petition seeks quashing of the impugned F.I.R. dated 23.08.2023, registered as Case Crime No.579 of 2023, under Sections 302,419, 420, 120B, I.P.C., Police Station Campierganj, District Gorakhpur.

4.Since the first information report sought to be quashed is under Section 302 I.P.C., which is a heinous offence, we do not find it a fit case for interference.
