¶1None is present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant application even in the revised call.

¶2Learned AGA for the State is present.

¶3In the instant case, vide order dated 02.06.2014, the notice was issued to opposite party no.2 and the counter affidavit on behalf of the State was filed on 24.6.2014, however, no rejoinder affidavit has been filed on behalf of the applicants till today.

¶4On 03.01.2019, the time was sought on behalf of the applicants for filing rejoinder affidavit despite that the rejoinder affidavit has not been filed. Lastly on 26.05.2023, none was present on behalf of the applicants to press the instant petition.
