¶1We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition instituted with the grievance that the fair investigation is not being conducted in Case Crime No.0236 of 2023, under Section 366 I.P.C., Police Station-Karari, District-Kaushambi, at the instance of the father of accused. No specific illustration is otherwise brought on record to show absence of fairness.
