¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Kalloo, against the judgement and order dated 22.12.1993 passed by XIth Additional Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar in Session Trial No. 359 of 1990, (State vs. Kalloo), under Section 304-B IPC, and acquitting the appellant under section 498-A and 306 IPC, P.S.- Babupurwa, District Kanpur Nagar.

¶4As per office report dated 07.10.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 03.10.2023 informed that the appellant-Kalloo has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
