¶1Matter taken up in the revised list. No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal despite there are three learned counsels appearing on behalf of the appellants. Sri Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A-I for the State is present.

¶2The present appeal has been preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 24.3.1982 passed by Special Judge, Jalaun at Orai in S.T. No.8 of 1982.

¶3The appeal with regards to appellant no.1 Munna alias Islam and appellant no.3 Bhagwandeen has already been abated vide orders dated 19.2.2014 and 16.12.2022.

¶4As per the office report dated 12.10.2023, a report of C.J.M., Jalaun dated 22.9.2023 has been received stating therein that the appellant no.2 Sukhbasi has died on 18.4.2017. The said report has been sent after due inquiry.

¶5This Court has perused the said report which states that the accused-appellant no.2 Sukhbasi has died.

¶6In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
