Petitioner's contention that his motorcycle was taken from his house is contradicted by learned AGA, who states that the motorcycle was lying unclaimed and was, therefore, taken to the police station. Proceedings for release of vehicle are pending. Though allegations are made of harassment by the police but no specific details in that regard are placed. In that view of the matter, we do not find any good ground to interfere with the writ petition, which is, accordingly consigned to records.
