¶1Heard Shri Ashutosh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Kameshwar Rao, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel.

¶2Petitioner seeks direction upon the respondents to not construct a drain as there is sufficient drainage in the area.

¶3Insofar as the petitioner is not an expert in urban planning and drainage and insofar as no real cause is shown to exist with the petitioner to make such a prayer which is seen to be primarily opposed to a public work, interference claimed is declined.
