¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners and perused the record.

¶2The only relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Bansgaon, District Gorakhpur to decide the Original Suit No. 112 of 2017 (Om Prakash Vs. Beer Narayan Shahi and others).

¶3The matter is pending before the Court below since 2017 and considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
