Heard leaned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed praying for the following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to ensure the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners /married couple and protect them from respondent no.4.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents authority not to interfere in the right of privacy and personal liberty provided under Article 21 of the Constitution of India." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and they have performed their marriage with each other on 30.10.2023. No F.I.R. has been registered against them. Learned Standing counsel on the basis of a report of Sub-Inspector concerned stated that petitioners are resident of Surat and no apprehension or cause of action arose to them in this State.
