¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/petitioners, Sri Prabhat Tripathi, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 and perused the record.

¶2The only relief sought by the petitioner/petitioners in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to decide the Misc. Case No. No. 138 of 2021 (Mohan Ji and another Versus Jhansi Development Authority and another) expeditiously.

¶3From the perusal of record, it appears that Misc. Case was filed by moving an application under Order 21 Rule 32 C.P.C. read with Section 151 C.P.C., which is still pending consideration.

¶4In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case/suit expeditiously in accordance with law and without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
