¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Ram Kishan, against the judgement and order dated 06.12.1994 passed by I Additional Sessions Judge, Saharanpur in Special Case No. 82 of 1993, (State vs. Ram Kishan), under Section 15 N.D.P.S. Act, P.S.- Kotwali Nagar, District Saharanpur.

¶4As per office report dated 09.10.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 22.09.2023 informed that the appellant-Ram Kishan has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
