Judgment

Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18770 of 2023 Petitioner :- Smt. Tamanna Bano Respondent :- Secretary, Ministry Of Defence, Union Of India And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Akshay Gupta,Aftab Ahamad Counsel for Respondent :- A.S.G.I. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner wants disposal of the representation of the petitioner pending before Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Government of India. From the perusal of the representation, it clearly transpires that there is a serous matrimonial dispute going on between petitioner and her husband and she has also instituted a case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. It is, therefore, more appropriate for the petitioner to draw such proceedings as may be advised under criminal law or file civil suit. No such relief as prayed for disposal of such pending representation can be granted by this Court. Subject to what has been observed herein-above, this petition is consigned to records.
