¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Satendra Alias Chini, against the judgement and order dated 7.2.1995 passed by Xth Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarnagar in S.T. No. 143 of 1992 (State vs. Satendra Alias Chini) under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S.- Jansath, District Muzaffarnagar.

¶4As per office report dated 31.10.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 09.10.2023 informed that the appellant-Satendra Alias Chini has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
