¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellants to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Sunder Lal, against the judgement and order dated 27.03.1995 passed by Special Judge D.A.A, Badaun, in S.T. No. 16 of 1987 (State vs. Sunder Lal) under Section 411 I.P.C., and under Section 25 Arms Act, P.S.- Wazirganj, District Badaun.

¶4As per office report dated 16.09.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 17.01.2022 informed that the appellant-Sunder Lal has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
