¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellants-Baboo Ram and Atar Singh against the judgement and order dated

27.03.1995 passed by Special Judge, (D.A.A.), Etah, in S.T. No. 118 of 1991, (State vs. Baboo Ram And Another) under Section 365 I.P.C., P.S.- Sunagari, District Etah.

¶4As per office report dated 16.08.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 15.11.2021 informed that the appellants-Baboo Ram and Atar Singh have died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
