¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Shobha Ram, against the judgement and order dated 19.05.1995 passed by IIIrd Additional Sessions Judge, Etah, in S.T. No. 282 of 1992 (State vs. Shobha Ram) under Section 308 I.P.C., P.S.- Soron, District Etah.

¶4As per office report dated 23.09.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 31.10.2022 informed that the appellant-Shobha Ram has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
