¶2No one appears on behalf of the appellant to press this appeal. Sri Bade Lal Bind, learned counsel for the State is present, who has been heard.

¶3The present appeal has been filed by the appellant-Tej Veer Singh, against the judgement and order dated 01.05.1995 passed by IXth Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar, in S.T. No. 161 of 1991 (State vs. Tej Veer Singh) under Section 307 I.P.C., P.S.- Ahmad Garh, District Bulandshahar.

¶4As per office report dated 09.10.2023 a report from C.J.M. concerned was called for regarding living status of the appellant in present appeal. In compliance of the said order, C.J.M. concerned vide letter dated 30.09.2023 informed that the appellant-Tej Veer Singh has died. The said report has been sent after due enquiry.

¶5Accordingly, the appeal stands abated.
