Grievance is that despite lodgement of an F.I.R. has been got registered on 10.06.2023 in Case Crime No.180 of 20239, under Sections 37(2)(i), 120-B, 506, 328 I.P.C. & Sections 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station - Bhawanpur, District - Meerut, but till date investigation has not been concluded and no action has otherwise been taken against the accused persons and provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure cannot be adhered. Learned AGA states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the third respondent. In the facts of the case, we dispose off this writ petition with a direction upon the third respondent to ensure that a fair investigation is got concluded in the matter, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
