¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that no decision is being taken on the application dated 1.12.2022 submitted by the petitioner before the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Department South, District Gorakhpur for operating a saw mill.

¶2It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Department South, District Gorakhpur to decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
