¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

¶2The writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no. 2 to ensure the demarcation of the land situated beside the land being gata no. 24 over which the symbol of border between Village Akbarpur and Taktauli was situated and to remove the said symbol fixed over the Gata No. 24 of the petitioner through the staff of any other Tehsil other than the Tehsil Akbarpur and to shift the symbol of border from gata no. 24 forthwith."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has alternative remedy under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievance.

¶4In view of the same, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

¶5In case, the petitioner moves an application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties provided there is no other legal impediment.
