¶1Heard Sri Dhirendra Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and Ms. Tanu Rupanwal, learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Prayer of petitioner to decide Restoration Application No. 191 of 2023 in Case No. 618 of 2022 (Rajdev and another vs. Komal) under Section 9A-2 of U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act which is pending before respondent no.2 since 2023 is considered and allowed.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner undertakes that as and when case is listed before Authority concerned, petitioner will not seek any adjournment and will appear either in person or through his advocate since restoration application was adjourned on the ground of abstention of work or Presiding Officer was not available.

¶4Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred case after hearing rival parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
