¶1Heard Shri Tribhuwan Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2Present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents no.2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2023.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some discrepancies have crept in the petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh.

¶4Permission is granted.
