¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Misc. Application No.201/XII/2023, U/s 156(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Kydganj, District Prayagraj, passed by ACJM, Court No.5, Allahabad.

¶3Applicant has challenged the order dated 06.09.2023 by which learned Magistrate has directed to register FIR against the applicant. Applicant has challenged the order dated 06.09.2023. Application on behalf of the applicant is not maintainable.
