Petitioner, who is working as Gram Panchayat Adhikari, is aggrieved for non action being taken upon the inquiry report submitted on 21st August, 2021 in relation to certain financial irregularities. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of pendency of the proceedings and in-action on the part of the respondents petitioner is not being given benefit of pay fixation of Assured Career Progression Scheme. He submits that in above regard petitioner has already approached the respondent No.- 2, namely District Magistrate, Ghazipur vide representation dated 16th August, 2022 but the same has remained pending till date. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the petitioner's representation being considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 26th August, 2022 and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
