¶1After argument sometime, Mr. V.K. Ojha, learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners anxiety will be considered if this Court may please to dispose of this writ petition with appropriate observation and direction that the objection filed by the petitioners under Section 9A(2) of the Act be decided expeditiously, which are pending since 1992 (the objection was restored in the year 2012).

¶2Learned Standing Counsel appear on behalf of State has no objection, if such payer is consider.
