¶1Heard Sri Birendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

21.9.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 971 of 2023, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Highway, District Mathura.

¶3After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.

¶5Present petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.

¶6We additionally find that one petition filed by the other co-accused Sahab Singh being Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 16060 of 2023 (Sahab Singh vs. State of UP and others) has been dismissed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 11.10.2023.
