¶1Heard Sri Lalit Kumar Tiwari, holding brief of Sri S.C. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 21.9.2023 in Case Crime No. 623 of 2023, under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504, 506, 354 (kha) IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 496 of 2023 has been forwarded on 12.10.2023 against accused persons under different provisions of IPC in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
