¶1Heard Sri Satyam Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned AGA appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging the impugned FIR dated

20.9.2023, registered as Case Crime No. 0128 of 2023, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 304B, 120B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Kotwali Shahar, District Mirzapur.

¶3At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶4Prayer aforesaid is allowed.

¶5Present petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
