¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

¶2The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with the prayer to decide the application filed by the applicant dated 12.09.2023, under Section 340 Cr.P.C. in Case No.8794 of 2022, arising out of Under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Act.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant is that the matter is pending before the revenue court bearing Case No.8794 of 2022, under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Act regarding which a direction was issued vide order dated 18.04.2023 for the expeditious disposal. Further submission is that when the record of Case No.8794 of 2022, Under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Act was searched, it was found that some important document is missing regarding which, an application under Section 340 Cr.P.C. was moved before the court concerned, which is pending for disposal. Prayer has been made to pass a suitable direction for the expeditious disposal of the same.

¶4On the other hand, learned AGA has opposed the prayer but could not dispute the aforesaid fact.

¶5Keeping in view the contention and submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present application is disposed off with a direction to the authority/court concerned to look into the matter and decide the same along with Case No.8794 of 2022, under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Act as expeditiously as possible.
