By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought that Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mau, respondent no.1 be directed to decide the Restoration Application filed on 24.1.2019, which is pending before him. Taking note that before Authority concerned, on various dates the Advocates have not appeared on the ground of their call for abstention from judicial work, therefore, petitioner is directed to appear himself or through his Advocate and shall not take any adjournment on each and every date, whenever the case is listed. This writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Mau, respondent no.1 that he shall take endeavour to decide the aforesaid restoration application expeditiously within a period of six months from today in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment, taking note of the judgment passed by Full Bench of this Court in Smt.
