¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Ratan Singh, learned AGA appearing for the State respondents.

¶2This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 5.8.2023 in Case Crime No. 0330 of 2023, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 352 IPC and under Section 3 (2)(Va) SC/ST Act, Police Station Nawabad, District Jhansi.

¶3Learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents submitted that the charge-sheet no. 244 of 2023 has been forwarded on 22.8.2023 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives.
