¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶2This petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the VIth Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Basti to decide Original Suit No. 454 of 2004 Kumari Devi and another versus Jagannath and others expeditiously as soon as possible within 3 months or pass such other and further orders, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

¶3It appears that the plaintiff-petitioners filed an original suit for cancellation of a sale deed and for permanent injunction which is stated to be pending.

¶4A perusal of the record of this petition reveals that the certified copy of the order-sheet has not been filed.

¶5Be that as it may, since the suit is pending from the year 2004, this Court requires the trial court to ensure that the suit proceedings are brought to its logical conclusion, without entertaining unnecessary adjournments from the parties, in case there is no legal impediment in proceeding further and all the parties are duly served with notice of the proceeding.
