¶1The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that petitioner is not being paid compensation by the Purvanchal Vidut Vitran Nigam Ltd., Prayagraj for death of her husband who died due to electrocution on 19.8.2022.

¶2It has been stated that despite repeated representations made by the petitioner, no decision has been taken by the Executive Engineer , Phaphamau, Prayagraj, i.e. respondent no.5.

¶3It would serve no purpose to keep the petition pending. The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5 that in case, petitioner submits her fresh representation within 15 days from today before the respondent no.5 bringing all the necessary facts to the notice of respondent no.5, the respondent no.5 shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of filing the representation and if the petitioner is found entitled to the claim made by her, compensation shall be disbursed to her within the next period of one month.
