Sri Arun Kumar, Advocate representing the Prayagraj Development Authority and the Standing Counsel representing the respondent nos. 1 to 4 are present. The petition has been filed for the following reliefs : - "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents not to demolish the house of the petitioner situated over Plot No. 785 in Village Andawan, Pargana Jhunsi, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Prayagraj." A perusal of the documents annexed with the writ petition shows that the petitioners were issued a show cause notice dated 11th October, 2023 issued by the Competent Officer of the Prayagraj Development Authority. The petitioners have the remedy to file a reply to the said show cause notice which shall be decided in accordance with law. No orders as prayed are required to be passed, at this stage.
