¶1In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court,the Standing counsel has obtained instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record. On the basis of his instructions, Standing Counsel states that the appointment letter of respondent no.6 has already been cancelled vide order dated 25.8.2023 passed by District Commandant Home Guards, Budaun and subsequently his services stand terminated.

¶2In view of the aforesaid, no further order is required to be passed by this Court.

¶3The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
