The claim of the petitioner in the present petition is that M/s Reliance Infocomm Limited was given the building of the petitioner on rent for nstallation of a tower but even after the time prescribed in the agreement has expired, the respondent no. 4 is not vacating the property. The dispute in the present petition is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondent no.4. The issue raised in the petition involves disputed question of facts which can only be decided on evidence by the appropriate authority for which writ proceedings are not the appropriate remedy.
