Petitioner wants determination of seniority on the post of Forest Guard in the forest department. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in above regard petitioner has already moved representation before the competent authority on 22nd September, 2023 but the same has remained pending till date. Learned Standing Counsel submits that matter can be directed to be examined in accordance with law and also after hearing all the concerned parties, who may be affected in the seniority list. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. - 4 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation dated 22nd September, 2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by means of a reasoned and speaking order and at the same time after giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties including the petitioner.
