The grievance of the petitioners in the present petition is that their constructions standing over Plot No. 903 have been demolished despite an order dated 06.03.1986 passed by the civil court in Original Suit No. 70 of 1983. It has been stated that the act of the respondents - State Authorities demolishing the constructions of the petitioners is contrary to law. In this regard, the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 20.09.2023 before the District Magistrate, District Badaun but it has been stated in the writ petition that no decision has been taken by the District Magistrate on the representation of the petitioners. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, District Badaun that in case, the petitioners make a fresh representation before the District Magistrate, District Badaun within fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided by the District Magistrate, District Badaun within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation.
