¶2This is the second anticipatory bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first one was disposed of by this Court on the prayer of the applicant in the light of the judgment of the Apex Court passed in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, 2022 SCC OnLine SC 825.

¶3Learned A.G.A. has informed that the applicant has two criminal history to his credit.
