¶1The dispute in the present petition relates to construction of structure on an area which the petitioners claim to be a parking area.

¶2The petition involves disputed questions of fact which can only be decided on evidence and, therefore, writ proceedings are not the appropriate remedy for the relief prayed by the petitioners. The petitioners have the remedy to institute appropriate proceedings before the civil court.
