¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.

¶2This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to court below for early decision of Complaint Case No. 2127 of 2022 (Tarun Babbar Vs. Neeraj Kasyap), Police Station-Express way, District G.B. Nagar, pending before the Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division-02, G.B. Nagar within stipulated period.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division-02, G.B. Nagar to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
